Online Therapy for Young Adults/College Students

Yes – I’m an adult now!

But wait….I’m an adult now.

That means I have to pay all of my own bills, sign all of my own forms, do all of my own things. But, how? Mom was doing all of that for me, like yesterday.

I have to get the right job, make all of the right choices, do everything right. What if I mess up? What if I make a mistake? I can’t afford to lose my job. I’m overwhelmed, but I can’t let anybody know. I have to just keep pushing.

Or, I gotta go to class, but I really want to go to this party. I don’t want to let my friends down. I don’t want to let my family down. I don’t want to let myself down. But, how? How do I balance all of the things?

I know I’m a good student, but what if I don’t get an A? There are so many things to do and not enough time. I feel like I’m spinning my wheels and I can’t get everything done.

Why does everything have to feel so hard? What if I make a mistake? What if I do it wrong? What if I fail? What if…What if…What if…

What if…it doesn’t have to be this way?

What if…it doesn’t have to feel so stressful?

What if…your mind can stop racing?

We all have that tiny voice in our head that helps to navigate us through life, but sometimes it has a hard time seeing the forest through the trees.  You will learn to manage stress, build confidence and tools to take on life’s challenges. You will learn strategies for time management, scheduling, and completing tasks efficiently. You will also learn to identify your emotions, make clearer decisions, and improve relationships.

Imagine feeling like joy and success are not just dreams, but an actual reality. Picture yourself waking up feeling motivated, confident, and ready to go. It is time to silence all of those nagging “What ifs” and replace them with “I’ve got this.”
